Service Description
One-on-One with Rodney Your body. Your story. Your session. Sometimes you don't need another class. You need someone to see you, listen to you and work with what your body is actually telling you. A private one-on-one session with Rodney James is a personalized movement and somatic experience built around you. We begin with conversation and curiosity. What are you noticing? Where do you feel restricted, disconnected or uncertain? What would you like to understand or experience differently? From there, Rodney uses The Mojo Technique™ and AAA Method — Awareness • Acknowledge • Act to create a session around what emerges. Your experience may include somatic movement, posture and presence, mobility, breath, Mojo Barre, Million Dollar Posture™, gentle stretching, body-awareness exercises or simply learning to recognize patterns you may never have noticed before. There is no routine you have to keep up with. No comparison. No expectation that your body should move, look or feel a particular way. Before we decide what needs to change, we first become curious about what's already happening. Whether you're looking to reconnect with your body, understand your movement more deeply, build confidence or simply have dedicated space to explore, we'll start exactly where you are. One hour. Cancellation Policy
Jungle Red Booking Policy Welcome We're so looking forward to welcoming you to Jungle Red. To help create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our booking policy. Bookings All classes must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but we recommend reserving your spot online. Cancellations Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class if you're unable to attend. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your pass or membership. Arriving Late Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it's your first visit. For your safety, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun. What to Wear & Aerial Fabric Care Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. For aerial classes, leggings and a fitted top that covers the underarms and backs of the knees are recommended. Avoid lotions or oils before Pole or Aerial classes, as they can affect grip and safety. To protect our aerial fabrics, all jewelry, watches, zippers, buckles, or other sharp items must be removed before using the fabric. Please arrive with fingernails and toenails smooth and free from sharp, broken, or rough edges that could snag or puncture the fabric. Protective tape will be available when needed. Our fabrics are specialized studio equipment and costly to replace. Students are responsible for following these care requirements and may be held responsible for damage caused by failure to do so.
