Cancellation Policy

Jungle Red Booking Policy Welcome We're so looking forward to welcoming you to Jungle Red. To help create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our booking policy. Bookings All classes must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but we recommend reserving your spot online. Cancellations Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class if you're unable to attend. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your pass or membership. Arriving Late Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it's your first visit. For your safety, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun. What to Wear Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid lotions or oils before Pole or Aerial classes, as they can affect grip and safety. Health & Safety Please let your instructor know about any injuries, medical conditions, or if you're pregnant so we can support you safely. Always listen to your body and work at your own pace. Memberships & Class Packs Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and are intended for individual use. Please refer to your selected plan for expiry dates and included benefits.
